Okay. This was the last day of the Tennessee season. I sat for a long time and didn't see a deer. I've killed 10 deer and put 9 in our freezer (I gave the last one to a friend). Anyway, I walk into the kitchen and find out we're having some kind of "vegetarian preferred" vegetable stew, complete with kale and quinoa. Huh? I didn't hunt all season to end up eating what the deer I kill eat.
Okay, this is Johnny's wife. There is nothing wrong with what the deer eat, it tastes pretty good before they eat it and after it becomes part of the deer. Say what you want.....
I have a great tip for cooking Kale. Next time you fry it use oil, makes it easier to scrape it into the trash.

I have been married for damn near 27 years my wife has never or will ever prepare a vegetarian meal in our house, granted I do most of the cooking but still that crap would not fly.
As much as I hated to admit it, it was actually really good. Yes, I even told her it was good....... grudgingly.
I was on a trip last spring, had dinner with a clients family his parents were visiting as well they were from India. Dinner was in the clients new house his parents could finally come to visit because the guy had a house that meat had never been cooked in, that's right they could not stay in a house that meat had been cooked in. It was a good meal but I stopped and ordered a steak at a restaurant on the way back to the hotel.
