I for the life of me cannot sleep on my back! I have a feeling that sleeping on my stomach is leading to some of my back problems. I cannot even sleep on my side....I can't even sleep on my side or back when I have been drinking and relaxed. What gives?

If I sleeep on my stomach for even a few minutes my back would kill me.

Go lay down on your side....and put a pillow between your knees (to separate them a little). You can thank me, later.

(you'll eventually wean off the pillow)

Jeff, I try to do that but I am like a freaking gyroscope, I keep "correcting" to my stomach. I try the side sleep thing with the pillow but cannot pull it off. I have been tossing and turning so much lately I am getting horrible sleep.

I don't snore at all. When I lay on my back I feel good but for some reason I feel exposed, like someone could power stomp my groin....lol. Maybe that is it, psychological reasons. :)

Can't sleep on my back. Always sleep on my side. I use the pillow between my legs. In fact I feel lost without it. I even bring a smaller extra pillow to hunting camps so I can sleep good.

I really can sleep on my stomach. It hurts my neck.

I sleep like that every night, on my back with my arms behind my head. It's basically the only way I can sleep well.

I lay on my back until I am just about to fall asleep, then I roll to my side.
I also do the pillow between the knees thing. It does help.
Thru out the night I generally alternate between my back & side, occasionally stomach. But I tuck my arms under my body weird & they fall asleep when I do that.

I can't sleep on my stomach for very long, my neck starts to kill me. I almost always sleep on my back and sometimes on my side.

OLD, plus my kids have jumped up and down on it so much I don't even think I can call it a mattress. It is more like a cloth with steel springs popping up thingy.

Believe me when I say that if you spend good money on a high quality mattress (they are expensive) you will end most of your sleep problems.

I hear you Bruce but spending 1K on a mattress is kind of a no go in my life these days.
