Are these types of football plays worthy of fines?

    I remember in Jeff's thread where I commented on chop blocks. I also want to comment on stiff arms. If an offensive player can literally punch a defensive player in the face then why can't a defensive player earhole an offensive player without fear of getting fined? Or if an offensive player can punch a defensive player in the face, then why can't a defensive player hit an offensive player in the face with their hands without risking a penalty?

    Back to the chop blocks....look at what I am talking about. If a defensive player is fined for the helmet to helmet then offensive players should be fined for chop blocks and other dirty tactics.

    There is a real obvious answer, the NFL wants players to score points.
