How do i determine whether my arrows are safe or spined correctly with enough weight for my bow? I pull 65lbs. So is there an equation to use? My arrows are gold tip hunters 5575 +/- 2 grain

Your total arrow weight must be more than the pounds you draw (65lb) times 5. So Your arrows with points on should be more than 325 grains. That is the absolute minimum and heavier is always better.

On the arrow it usually gives a Grains per inch. Just put them on the scale then it saves you the effort of calculating each vane into the total weight.

if you are shooting 55/75 gold tips they are rated up to 75lbs.
the +/- 0.2 is the tolerance of the arrow from the manufacture. Usually your arrows weigh 9.3 grains per inch. So if your arrow is 29" long they would weigh about 269.7 with out the insert, nock, fletchings, or tip

OP, 5575 ARE NOT rated to 75# for bow weight. The Gold Tip 5575's are actually rated at a .400 spine. Depending on your arrow length as well as tip weight your arrows may be fine, but may also be underspined. It doesn't matter how much they weigh at this point you need to determine you have the correct spine. 65# is right on the verge for the 5575's and the 7595's. Once you have determined spine, then you move on to total arrow weight.

That was a typo they are only good up to 65
How ever I would honestly get a little better of an arrow with tighter tolerances.
You can't go wrong with an carbon express or Easton/beman arrow
