Just saw these on the Father's Day story that BHOD put out. Anyone tried these? My boots are good for most situations except the extreme cold sitting in a stand. Wanting to know if they are as good as they claim to be since it seems like a better option that buying a whole different set of boots.

In my opinion, yes, they are as good as they claim. I started using them last year. I really wanted a pair of Hotmocs but apparently they stopped making them so I picked up a pair of these. They make all the difference in the world.

Awesome, thanks everyone! I will be investing in a pair of these for the late season! One more question, are they noisy? I can't tell what type of material they have on the outside.

Yes, they're a little noisy if you rub them against each other. But they aren't terrible and IMO they are worth their weight in gold.

Those of you that have them, what are you wearing for boots underneath them?

An early season, lightweight, breathable boot works best. You want the heat from your foot to escape the boot to be trapped in by the boot cover. Also a lightweight breathable sock as well.
I'm a ground hunter and wear neoprene kayak boots. (for stealth and silence, but COLD) Once I'm in my desired location I toss a hand warmer in each (When it's cold) and put them on.

My wife just wears her warm weather snake boots under them. (We have had cold mornings in December and snakes crawling that same afternoon.) The Arctic Shield booties have kept her feet warm despite only non-insulated snake boots under them in 30 degree weather.
