Put together my two lowers this morning and should have the uppers done sometime next week when I get the grease in for the barrel nuts.

If your wanting a higher end ar I'd look at larue tactical. That have complete rifles that are supossed to be pretty sweet. Unless you wanna build it yourself of course but a parts list wouldn't be that hard to put together. Jus would depend on whatyyou're looking to use the rifle for.

You can build a killer rifle for around 1500.00 or so. Both the ones I am building with scopes will be around 1600.00-1700.00 each.

I forgot to mention in last post nice looking start racewayking. Its nice to be able to find parts now for most part. I like the fde colored one, was thinking bout trying to get mine dipped with the digital pattern except in woodland.

Thanks Man. I wish the prices were a little lower on the stuff when I got some of it, there has been a recent drop on lowers and uppers.

Bravo has some great stuff, I'm going to have their BCM SS410 18" stainless barrel on the black gun and their BCM 20" Barrel on the FDE gun.

Yea it seems stuff is coming around, I got a buddy that's a ffl and from what he says stuff should keep dropping. He said there's alot of stuff that gonna be overstocked since things have quieted down and companies where pumping out so much product to keep up. Who knows for sure, hopefully he's right. I'd like to get another one started, did more of a m4 style last year and wanting something more long range.

The bad thing is that there appears to be a lot of bad stuff flooding the market. A buddy got a Mega lower that had a machining issue. I had LPK's for both of these and ended up ordering Spikes trigger kits and lpk's w/o triggers and will keep the other ones for spare parts. The Mega upper and Spikes lowers were both top notch and the Rguns digital upper lower is flawless.

I want mine OD green, probably spending around $2K. Is the only point in building your own to achieve certain performance? Iwas looking to customize mine to get the colors and possibly the look on somethings. I care for performance but thats not my main goal! Just like customizing/buyin my bow.

That's the good thing about building it yourself I think. You can put what you want on it. In all actuality as long as you get quality parts it'll preform jus as good as any other rifle.

I went with od green on mine and got pretty much everything I wanted on it.

They both look great man! Glad to see your parts are coming in. Have you done any test pulls on the enhanced triggers? I love them.

Looking forward to them being completed.

You would need to let us know what style you prefer, then we can over load you with suggestions ;)

We put a complete upper on each of them and did a few pulls, they were nice. I know a lot of people like to blow a wad on two stage match triggers but these triggers are all I'll ever need and should last.
