Three weeks ago I moved one of my trail cameras to a new trail that has swamp on both sides. This strip of land is about 30 yards wide and I set my camera up just before the strip started hoping to get some shots of game moving to the water source. I have never hunted these woods before so I am trying to find good locations for one or two stands. I had high hopes for the game trail leading to the water source and couldn't wait see if I got any pics. When I got to my camera yesterday my heart sank a bit because the straps on the camera had loosened and the camera was facing downward on the back side of the tree. Not knowing when the camera slipped I was hoping I had captured a few shots on it.

When I finally got home to check the photos I was pumped to learn why my camera fell. This bubba apparently wasn't a fan. I'll be going after this guy come September!

(Ignore the year I forgot to change it)

Nice pics. You're lucky the camera survived that encounter.

Could I get some input on the age and size of this bear? I am having trouble judging.
