    Neat pics!

I have 2 cameras under apple trees right now that have been getting 1,000+ photos/week. The deer definitely love their apples, that's for sure.

I have some OLD apple trees on the property we hunt. They produce some apple the deer eat up. So I just bought 3 new trees to plant this fall. I'm hopeing to get them to to grow. They are over 6' tall already si I think they have a good start. Maybe in a few years I'll actually have apples..What do you think?

My grandpas trees are about 15 years old and get plenty of sunlight. If you spray them and keep them maintained they will produce for you and your deer - everyone wins!

If they're young trees make sure you put cages around them otherwise they may get rubbed and killed once the velvet comes off.

I suppose this is a good place to post this. I was counting cars at a signalized intersection (it is a job responsibility and it isn't as boring as you would think) and I happened to notice a couple of nice bucks up the road a bit eating apples. No big deal, but this was on the east side of Bloomington close to the College Mall. Not exactly the typical place you'd see two bucks munching on apples.

I watched them for a bit and then saw them cross the side street by my location and head into the woods. It looked like they were both carrying eight points and I'd guess they were three or four year old deer.

Maybe one of these days Bloomington will become an urban zone. I've seen a number of good bucks hanging out in town, sometimes in people's front yards.
