If this is something that actually got published I feel sorry for anyone who believes this crap. Uneducation is a dangerous thing in this country especially when it deals with firearms. People that don't know are the ones leading this charge to take away your rights. Almost makes a person feel bad to take the oath to protect this country like myself and many others.
I actually didn't know what part it was in but looks like Christine found it. I was actually curious to read the article and see what other good info was in there. If u look right above the diagram they're talking about the flash hider and how it makes the muzzle flash undetectable, which is partly true but not its purpose.
You would think (well, maybe not) that people are smart enough to think for a second and realize they never heard of someone attacking people with a grenade launcher. even thats wut its for (of course it isnt) they should be smart enough (stop laughing, I know Im assuming way to much there) to know people dont have them.

We have an SKS which my husband bought before we met. It came with a grenade launcher (and a bayonet). We haven't been able to find grenades for it though. Cabela's, Gander Mountain, Jay's. Nobody stocks them. Anyone have any ideas?
The fact that they bring things like this up shows they have no knowledge of the firearm or the laws that are already in place. True I've seen replica grenade lauchers you can purchase but I'm pretty positive they are 37mm instead of the 40mm that the military uses. And only thing I've seen that the average person, barring the proper liscense and fees paid, is a smoke grenade. The same holds true for the fact the big argument that a lot of people say is that an AR can easily be turned into a "machine gun." Again this is hugely illegal to do and I'm not even sure if you can obtain the parts needed without proper license and I know in Illinois paying a 3-3500 $ fee, but I'm pretty sure for either of these things to be legally owned you have to be regostered and cleared by the atf.

Bad news you guys. I googled grenade launcher sling attachment and came up with no results. Looks like it hasn't been released to the public yet.
