I knew from the get go I should have spent the extra money....but I didn't. Live and learn. Today, while I was making sure my bow was all ready to go for a 3d shoot tomorrow, I had some rattles. "Of course," I said to myself, "it's the knob on the elevation micro adjust that always get loose." Well, you see, if you think you're just going to tighten that knob down, you're wrong. It over powers the clamping of the lock screw and moves the elevation. So I gave it a little more snuggly snug-snug on the lock screw and snap, she broke. I'll never buy Apex or micro adjust again. It's been a pain with the knobs loosening up. I got the broken socket head cap screw out, and a replacement to get me through, but it still doesn't tighten up enough to keep the adjustment knob tight.
