APA archery... invasion

    Hey gang. Just picked up my new bow Mamba 7.5 by APA innovations.... haven't heard of them? check this out!

    They have been around a while. I have never shot one but it would be nice to have something like that different than everyone else. Nice bow I'm sure,did you go to Canada to get it?

    hey dude, ya I did (get it up in Canada). It wasn't much of a trip though cause I live here already. Tried a Bowtech Air raid, Diamond Marquis and another APA (viper). I think what sold me is that unlike basically all other modern bows it allows a slight (1/4" or so, creep before it hits... either you let the shot go or get your shoulder pulled out of its socket. It actually has a small but noticeable "valley".. To me it kind of defeats the purpose of a compound bow (if you have to hold it (hard) against the wall to prevent (any) creep whatsoever. Anyway, getting it all dialed in as soon as midterm exams are done this week.
