I am hunting this afternoon and Saturday. To turn the luck to my side I am going old school in the clothing department. I am heading in with some old camo pants that I used to use 10 years ago, with holes in the knees. I am also wearing the WORST looking camo hat ever today. The t-shirt will look equally as ridiculous. I am hoping big boy buck walks by and doesn't laugh too hard as I put an arrow through his lungs. :)

This thread reminds me of my first Treebark camo from the 80's. At the time it was "all that".

I will have to go through all my old marine corps bags and see what I still have. With all my weight loss I just might fit into them again!

Ha! I have three complete sets of that stuff as well as two sets of desert camo complete with a hat autographed by Mary Chapin Carpenter, David Ball and Carole King. I never really considered wearing this stuff to hunt in, but I'm sure it'd work.

Old school did not work for me today, but I did set-up in a place I scouted last winter and it was loaded with buck sign. I will not hunt it again for another two weeks. It was too early to hunt the spot.
