Like a dream Greg Like a dream. Not sure if the minor scent does any evil,it didn't seem to last year. I saw plenty of does and yuongins. You only need it for the early season anyway. They need about 10 min to get working. I use one in my garden when I weed and pick veggies out there. There's also a tabletop model for picnics and such.

It works great and you hunt with the wind in your favor so the odor shouldnt be a issue either.

After all the great reviews I've heard, I'm getting one for bear season.

I know they repel our skeeters. But I don't know if it works on those helicopters you Canadians call skeeters.;)

Seriously, I won't hunt early season without one!!

The skeeters up here ARE the Canadian Air Force! Well, them and the flying squirrels.

It is most likely the most valuable hunting item I own. Especially during turkey season. I use it while, hunting, fishing, camping, and even working. It works like a dream.

Absolutly love mine. so does my wife. I had to buy her one for the patio and garden. I have killed 7 deer since taking up a bow 3 seasons ago. The Thermacell was running during 5 of those 7 kills. I also had it on for a couple dozen successful hog hunts.

They freakin rock! I just started using one this week while sitting on field edges filming velvet footage. They work GREAT! I won't go into the woods this time of year without one ever again!

Yes there is a smell. It doesn't seem to affect game animals. At least the ones I have killed. Will they get wise to it? Who knows?
