Does anyone recall the username of a member here on the forums who made his own Heater Body Suit? I remember his signature read something like this: "Going down the road, coffee in one hand, a cigarette in the other, and the windows down for scent control". lol I enjoyed when he shared around here, but I haven't seen him around at all. Could it have been Midnight something or other? Thanks for any insight.

Rancid Crabtree was the one who made everything from mittens to a smoke house... But doubtful anyone could actually enjoy his abrasive posts. lol Doubt it was him, and even more doubtful that his ban would be lifted for his return.

No it wasn't Rancid, I remember him. I recall this fellow was pretty good at putting some bucks down. He was/is a dedicated bow hunter. I'm sure someone will remember him. He might still be an active member and just not posting much. I'll certainly remember his name when I hear it.

Yes your right RC did the write up for the body suit but that wasn't his signature line.

This wasn't a write up for the HBS that he did, he actually made his own rendition of it out of a sleeping bag. I think after dinner, when more people are on the forum somebody will remember who I mean.

THAT'S IT!! I knew somebody would come up with it, is he still an active member? Thanks bbm!

I looked him up in Community and it seems his stay was short lived. Maybe a result of the mass exodus from the other side? lol

He left because we all found out he was an ***-clown, including his now X-wife. I can tell you this, where ever he is, that state has the best hunting anywhere, until he moves 6 months later.

Iowa>>>>Colorado>>>>> New Mexico>>>>>Texas>>>>>Anyone know where he is at now?

I learned so much from the guy. Like why I should never hunt lower than 30' high.

Hey there Steve. Yes, you're right, he's an Iowan. He caught a lot of flack, but I liked the guy. He just didn't BS, he'd pretty much say it the way he saw it. Yep, he was big on hunting high up. He reminds me of me. lol

Yeah, that used to be my signature but I never made or owned a heater body suit. HCH made one out of sleeping bags.

I liked HCH, he always had some crazy project going on and shared them step by step.
