    That was my first guess too. My wife thinks its a porcupine.

    if i had to guess i'd go with porcupine. i don't see a bald tail like possums have

    Possibly a badger but I think It's too high off of the ground to be one and not wide enough. Probably a opossum.

    Thats a oppossum, porcupine's are shorter and fatter with darker hair. I hope that the people who thought it was a porcupine dont have wild goats in your area, you might mistake them for a deer :poke:
