My winter time diet is horrific. This wasnt so when I was training all year long, but, now I just focus on being lean for the warmer months and keep my cardio strong for the racing season.
There is a significant lifestyle change while training and right now, I just feel like we always have something "fun" going on, that at this point, I don't want to miss out on. The heels thing kills me...I walk in them all day...but clear and plastic?! I'd need a coach just for the routine portion!!!
