My wife got me everything I wanted for Christmas, Arrow saw, Fletching jig, and Easton FMJ shafts. Only problem is that the shafts didn't come in. And she just wrapped the boxes that came. We sent them an email letting them know, I am just wondering if I have hope of getting my arrows, since it is almost a month after she ordered them. I know it is a busy time of year, and mistakes happen. I am hoping they can do some sort of inventory to see that they did not in fact ship the box with the arrows. Like I said, everything else came. Just hoping that they can make it right. Lee
I order from them all the time on eBay. Things cost less on eBay than from their store. I never have a problem with them, I believe they will make it right.

An update on this, to be fair. You were all right about the customer service. It was fantastic. The arrows were actually shipped in the arrow saw box, which I had no reason to open since I had no arrows to cut! Then I noticed that the saw blade was fractured from the arrows sitting on them. I contacted the company again to let them know about the arrows and the saw blade and they have sent me a new saw blade. Christmas is complete and I have begun the garage pro-shop project officially now! Thanks for your replies, I must say that they were the best deal on the net, and the customer service was the best!
