So im 5'8 and about 130 lbs, and im looking to buy a muddy harness but i am not sure what size to get.
Depends on which one you are looking at, if it's a Diamond Back it's one size fits most and you'd have to cinch it down pretty small. For one of their vest harnesses you'd be a small/med.
