Well guys I have suffered for the last two years as the seat to my treestand has broken down. Not comfortable to say the least. As usual, I plan on some long hunts at the right time this year and want a comfortable seat. Here is the Summit Surround Seat....anyone have any comments on this product? Thanks all.

I have it on my Viper virginia, even though I don't use it except some all day sits. I can only give one word of advice, you better down a Monster Energy before hunting out of it or you will miss all the action while you sleep.:D

It does not pack quite as flat as the original seat, but good enough. The side and back interior pockets are good for very few things. I like to stick one of the Body Heat warmers in each pocket on a cold day. Like sitting by the fire dude. Love it. Comfort is a no brainer. The bottom and back are actually a little thicker than the old Summit seat.

Is it worth the coin? imho, Yes!

    Hope that helps.

Hey Brett, not sure what stand you are using but you might want to check out the millenium seat. I have no idea if it would work for you or not. I know its very comfortable too. That one you have pictured looks pretty good as well. You definitely need to be comfortable on the long sits, nothing worse than your rear end killing you all day.

Mike, will do, thank you. I am using some type of Summit stand I bought 4 years ago. I need something to keep my back feeling well, while not cutting into the back of my hamstrings on the long sits.
