Anyone have non-working cams?

    So if you write down the make and model number and have a means of identifying it will they do anything if another one turns up missing? Have they said if this scum is reselling or using them himself?

    Everyone (including myself and friends) is keeping a close eye on craigslist and facebook selling sites for stuff. Especially the USA Trail Camera cam that got stolen, those are out in very limited quantities right now (bet one of the only if not only one in my area).

    Detective said all we need is an image which can be confirmed and they'll have what they need for even a potential search warrant to recover anything (even the dummy cams)....and trust me this family would not desire "law" coming into their home from all the rumors that swirl.

    How much money has this guy got you for? Is it worth spending less then a couple hundred to catch him? If so, buy a nano GPS tracking device. Gut one of the dummy cams and stick it in there, super glue it shut and put a lock on it. It will be to late for him by the time he figures out what is in it. You wont need his picture when the device pings the location of your cam and it comes back to his residence.

    We had several construction job boxes stolen and this is how we recovered them.

    They did you a favor stealing the USA cam haha.

    But sucks to hear you got trouble and hope you catch them.
