I got a this new truth X cam a month ago had some trouble with the switch at first had to wiggle it to get the cam to come on after that it sets up fine and tested fine in the yard but in the woods after the setup it went nuts and pulled a non-stop run on Twice now killed the batterys both times.it is going back but i would like some input from others with this cam. thanks
I've never messed with the X Truth but in my general experience Primos makes decent cams - about mid-range when it comes to durability. Personally, I like Bushnell and Moultrie and it's what I have in my hunting gear. But that's based on my personal taste and experience. Maybe you just got a lemon?
During test the cam took some of the best pics i have seen from a trailcam superfast trigger speeds, but the switch gave me trouble from day one, then snapped off in the cold weather trying to wiggle the switch to life while in the woods. They do gave great cs.so I hope to get the cam shipped back next week.
