I do love the NAP quick fletch but also get some enjoyment putting together some custom colors once in awhile, but IMO the bitz is the way to go!

Bitz are super jigs, have had one for the last 20 years. The only issue i have is the helical claps are a little to long for blazer vanes. when fetching blazers I usually use my AZ mini fletch.

I can't bad mouth any jig as I have eexperience with only one. After 35 years of use my Bitz is still with me a working flawlessly.

I've never used the bitz, but have used bohnings jig. Just didn't care for it. I own and can't see how anything could be more simple and easy than an Arizona EZ Fletch. It's my favorite jig.

Quick question, are there any issues fletching the new small diameter shafts like the injections or HT1 arrows with the Blitz. I wouldn't think so but would like to know before investing in shafts.

The BITZ works flawlessly on small shafts. Just adjust the clamp to center up the ends of the fletch with center of shaft.

This arrow was fletched on a Bitz. This pic really shows how small the shaft is. This shaft was also used to set a world record.

Heres another. Arrow is a 1716. Just over 1/4" diameter. 4" helical feathers. And as you can see, it got the job done.:D

I have a Bitz that a friend gave me to do his arrows with. I myself have the Arizona EZ fletch and like it a lot better.

I have a Bohning and like it very much, but have gotten highly addicted to the Quickfletch's, super easy and super fast. But they do take away from the enjoyment of putting your whole arrow together yourself.

The big problem with the arizona ez fletch is that it is not adjustable. You will need one for carbon arrows and one for aluminum to fletch all diameter shafts.

Plus you aren't able to adjust the amount of offset or helical to your desired specs and shaft.

I have a Jo-Jan I use for feathers or longer vanes. For Blazers with helical it's hard to beat the Arizona EZ-Mini. It puts more helical on Blazers than any jig, including the Bitz. And I found shooting Blazers with the amount of helical the EZ-mini puts on vanes, gives me better flight than even 4" feathers with my fixed blade broadheads. I would never have believed it before I tried it.

Plus using Loc-Tite Control Gel you can go from this...

...to this, VERY quickly. Onestringer wraps are fluorescent yellow and red but don't look as bright in the pictures as they really are.

Here is a pretty extreme example of what a bitz is capable of. Arrow on left is .200 diameter and one on right is .350 diameter. Same jig and helical clamp . Adjusted for extreme helical and still have complete adhesion in front and back of fletch. You can also get a straight clamp and do straight fletch or straight offset. As well as purchase a left helical clamp.

Not the fastest setup but the most versatile and accurate jig I have found.

I am not a Bitz hater, it's a great jig. I am just saying if you use Blazers and helical fletch, the Arizona Mini puts more helical on. This is the helical. Like I said even to 50 yards I get excellent fixed blade broadhead flight. Better than feathers and I never thought I'd say that.
