Every season I do a countdown in my head as I'm sure a lot of you do. A countdown to opening day (25 Days) until opening day here in Michigan. It's so bad that friends and family can ask "How long until bow season?" I can answer "113" or "87" this year I started counting down at 191 days out. Is anyone else this bad?
Nope I have no problem waiting even after season opens till the time is right. I can watch deer any night within arms reach of the beer fridge.
Not me. Some years I don't even go out until the season has been open for a month. I love to bow hunt. But, I don't obsess over it.
I've had cameras out since April that the earliest for me. I've been really looking forward to this season not sure why haven't had any good pics recently but still geeken Sent from my iPad using Bowhunting.com Forums
It's the rut that really gets most of my attention. For two weeks, killing a good buck (relative) is my only goal. I have one antlerless tag this season, so I'll have to be choosy how I use it. That will keep me hitting the woods more often.
Couldn't agree more. Our season opens on Friday and I think I'm going to golf if the weather is nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No thanks, I have enough going on in my life besides bow hunting. No sense losing sleep. Heck I haven't even decided if I'll go out Saturday. I may just sleep in and shoot some doves.
You gotta do it Tim Well's style though, You should see his dove videos. I would dare say he is the most lethal bowhunter out there!
I let my internal clock take over. Work is starting to get in the way more each year. I'll have to do something about that in the future.
I'm addicted to anything hunting related and my wife already know I'm not going to be around. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
