I have 3 does in the freezer, but I'd like to get one more body. I'll shoot the next doe that walks on by, but there's been a chocolate horned P&Y that has been haunting me this Dec. He's like a ghost, so I lovingly refer to him as 'Count Chocula'. It's been a could snowy month in the North Woods of Minnesota, but I must savor the last 5 days of the season...

I'm still out there. The temp has finally warmed up to above zero, so it feels like a heat wave. I'll be out the last 3 days for sure. I think the deer around here are staying nocturnal, I'm seeing the sign, but not the deer.

Another Minnesotan, cool!! My brother saw a 130" buck a few weeks or so back at about 50 yards or so, he then saw the same buck at 8 yards, antlers were gone. Be careful If you get one. My brother and I both live In central Mn.

As for the original question asked In this thread, I'm trying to stick a doe but It's not working out to well yet.:bash: 4 days of season left.

SUCCESS!!!! Well I fimed my hunting buddy Steve last night shooting an awesome big ole doe. We had snow on the ground with rain falling and fog blowing in an out with the wind, I was on the other side of the doe and got the passthru so the footage looked really cool. Now I know man law but my camera broke so he is going to get me some pics when he gets home.. Walt

Look at her legs, you can tell she stood there bleeding out for a few seconds before falling over!!!! This is one of my favorite pics, just because it captures how much blood she dropped on her legs while she was standing there almost perfectly still before toppling!!! :wh:
