I myself will be starting to use some Tinks Draw 2 on just about every sit from now until about the 25th of October then I will start using some Tinks 69 sparingly until November and then it will be straight Tinks 69 for a couple weeks!!

Anybody else starting or been using?? If so what do you use and how, etc..?

I'm just using plain fresh doe urine from Timber Valley Fresh Scent. Sorry, had to plug them b/c they're great guys! I've just been using the scent that I bought from them to freshen up ground scrapes and make a couple of mock scrapes. I think it's a little too early to be using estrus, and I won't be able to get any fresh until they AI their does which won't be until the last week of October or so.

I used scent in the past but feel it has done more harm than good. I also believe that the scent industry is a scam without any checks or balances as to what they are selling you.

I use Harmon Deer Scent, the Interdigital and Bow hunters scent as a cover scent

I dont' use too much scent trail, but will use some doe in estrous ( Harmons Triple Heat) around rut and some Dominant Buck urine and Scrape special when scrapes pop up.

100% whitetail scent with preservatives in it. Anything packaged that sits on a shelf has preservatives in it that degrade the quality of the urine and can be detected by a deer.

What would you know? you only just got your first buck with a bow after ten years. Just giving you a hard time. I actually agree with you and congrats again on that buck.

It's all about timing, like most have said. I used it some when hunting, and with decent results. I mainly use it in mock scrapes and trail cam inventory.

I don't use scents anymore and haven't for years. But hey, if you guys are having luck with them, keep at it.
