I just purchased a Loggy Bayou Mega Transformer Pro Staff from Loggy's website at a great price.

I got it in today and when I opened the box I was impressed it is the Mossy Oak camo silent skin coted, folds flat, easy to use cable system, removable front bar, etc....

Here lies the problem, the removable front bar was removable with a lot of force!! it now will not go back in as the bar has a slight bend in it that makes it hard to line back up? I just wrote Loggy an E-mail and have tried calling all day, but they may be closed on Wed for some reason?? I am not complaining as they have answered the phone and answered all my questions before I placed the order a couple times, the owner may just be on vacation?? I am hoping, hopefully I can reach them tommorow?

I am not bashing them as it seems like it is a simple bad factory bend, that should be taken care of with another front bar? I dont want to try and bend it out myself as I am afraid I will kink the metal and make it weak!

I am just curious if anyoone else has any experience with them??

Hey just in case anyone was wondering. I recieved a call back from the owner at Loggy Bayou this morning around 9. The first thing he said to me was, whats your address followed by I am sorry we will get you a new one!! He was completely honest and said that he has had a few that were bent either too little or too much from factory and that he will gladly take care of it!

He also offered to send me a new ratchet strap to put around the tree because I questioned the durability of the cinch style strap, but he told me it would be no problem and that if I didnt like the strap he would gladly send me a ratchet style strap!!

He also offered up some good tips on packing the T-Stand up better that is not shown in the directions!!

All in all even if I am waiting a few more days to try out the stand, I cant be much more happy!!
    Great Customer Service!!
