3rd year in a row now, first year I don't have a tag... but my pops does. Should be good fun!

Rybo, I'm about ready for you to kill one of those things too... maybe we can make Scott realize there is more to life than whitetails!! :D

My neice has been begging me to come out and hunt with here friends from Bozeman, Montana... but I can't seem to balance my schedule to fit it in. Too many things going on in the fall. This fall I have 2 Vietnam reunions to go to, Ohio whitetails with my nephew etc etc etc. I see no way to plan such a trip. A fishing trip to Canada and another for 8 days of fly fishing in Alaska really do cut into free time.

I'll be in Colorado in early September, huffing and puffing for the first few days, but the beauty of those mountains is absolutely worth it. Details still being worked out, but I will be there one way or another.

Have never been - always wanted too as I've spent many family vacations hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
Heck, I've never hunted outside of IL.

Looks like daydreams will become reality in 2010/Colorado...due to Will's generous offer. I'm already losing sleep...:d

    Dave,

I'm working on getting my fat arse off the couch this year and into the elk woods. Seems I have a heap of elk to go tie up. We'll miss you this year mate (we'll hafta find someone else capable of stoking the laughter fire)!

You 2 are possibly going to have to make some room. It's on the schedule as long as nothing comes up business related on my end. Elk tag, Bear tag and a Muley tag, can't wait!!! Looking forward to roaming the mountains and getting lost a time or two!!!

I'll miss being their Will , i got the Elk bug bad .

Hell Steve , i can get us both lost .... its easy honest , just follow me lol  .
Man 2010 is gonna be a wicked camp ( its gonna be a mini Bowhunter.com GTG ) , wish i could get over for a scouting mission earlier in the year too Will . I'll just rely on your mountain knowledge and expertize , worked a treat last year . I've been practicing my bugling already , scaring the cr#p out of the walkers near my uncles farm ... haha , you gotta love it :d .
As for the fire Will , i'll singe some hairs again with my fire skills next year ( I kinda got carried away in 2008 :deer: ).
