I use it with the combination of deer dander and it seems to help. Nothing is full proof but it does seem to help in certain situations.
Ok, I rubbed it on some tree limbs on a straight line accross our hunting property in the front were nobody hunts. I did this around 3:00 pm, gets dark at 4:30. I set the trail cam up watching this line and got 12 pics the first night of a couple does and a couple we couldnt tell smelling the limbs. At least I know it wont spook some of them.
I usually use it on my boots and maybe a small amount at the base of my tree.Like i said it does seem to help, I rarely get winded .But that is also with trying to hunt the wind as best as i can.
I tried it once, but it caused a rash in my arm pits and didn't smell to fresh, but had a little 8 pointer follow me all the way to my truck. Wife made me sleep in the barn for a couple nights. I went back to Speed Stick and haven't seen a deer since, but back in bed with momma. LOL
I hunted with a friend that used it. He put it on a tree near my stand. I watched 2 button bucks and a doe fawn all smell it and then lick it. I started to worry I might get in trouble for baiting but then they moved on.
Seems to be the common theme - see lots of does and small bucks. Dont hear to many reviews that have had large bucks come in.
I use it solely on my boots as a masking scent. I have seen zero negative reaction when deer have crossed my tracks. I see it being beneficial in reducing the perceived pressure around a stand....I dont use any attracting scents at all when I hunt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I used evercalm this season and have noticed no negative or positive affect. Its a product where if you believe in you're going to say, that deer didn't spook because of the evercalm. I'll save my money for some buck fever synthetics scent.
