Good luck! We don't get a designated teal season up here though so I gotta wait

We get a few weeks!! But I'm still a rookie and teals move fast so I haven't shot one cause I can't identify them fast enough. Hopefully soon though!

Probably going to order some waders this weekend or sometime later next week. I'll keep you guys posted on what I decide to get.

Seems like a good deal! Went out this morning in the thunderstorm sat for a while didn't see even a duck or crow or anything flying. Once the rain started we did have a group way off to our right but they never came in to sight. Not sure if the temp jump messed them up or what. We're talking 40 degrees one morning 78 the next. What do you guys think?

Teal are definitely pushing with this cool front,I'm getting reports from southern IL and Southern IN of limits this morning. I've got one more day of work and then I'm off all next week and then its ON!

Rutin....I've been working in southern Ohio all week and yesterday morning saw a couple of good bunches of teal on the Ohio river yesterday. I'm anxious to see whats rolled in over night. If you've got a teal spot I'd guard it the next few days.
Oh,and good shoot with those honkers!

Totally not fair.. Think I might move out of state soon just to hunt on Sundays. Not to mention the fact that most of the hunting in Maine sucks anyway..
Nice birds though, always nice to get a little bling!

That's a good deal but MYSELF, I like more thinsulate in the boots than 800 but I hunt a lot standing in water. You're in MI so it gets colder there than it does here. A cold morning here would be 20. If cold doesn't bother you like it does me,buy 'em.

I thought of that too but I have some nice thick wool socks that I think would serve me nicely here. I'm still looking around but so far that pair is #1. Great price tag on them.

We opened up for ducks on Monday! Sky busters screwed up my hunt though. Did manage to get 2 hoodies yesterday though. Then had to sit out this morning due to a flat tire. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1380112965.229226.jpg
