Im upgrading my release before i start up shooting again in the spring. I know i want a wrist strap release that can be tucked in the sleeve, or flipped back out of the way. I believe i want to stay with dual caliper style release and something smooth... not super feather light but smooth and quiet. The Tru Ball Assassin Scout is the one that is catching my eye the most. I like that it is smaller and adjustable in length, but i also like that it is simple in the way of pull trigger to open/release to close. I havent been able to find too much info on the release so any help would be greatly appreciated. Im going to get out and shoot some once i get a chance(nothin really close to me), but i would like to have an idea of what to look for before doing so.... i dont want to shoot $200 releases that i know i cant afford and then the $100 release just dont stack up afterwards.
I have shot the Tru Ball stinger release for the last few years and really like it. It is a good solid release and won't break the bank!!
