Hey guys, I have a Z7 on order and to be here in 4 weeks. I will be going with all new tackle. I am already set with the QAD HD rest. Anyone have any comments on the HHA sights?

I have the OL-5019. Love it. The .019 pin is perfect .... imo, the .029 is too big. These are very bright sights, bright enough to see as long as I would ever care to shoot. I highly recommend it. I personally don't see much advantage with the upper end models over the 5019, but obviously that is personal preference. You can find them cheap on AT at times if you watch.

Thanks for the info. I think you are right, the 0.29 pin is going to be way too bright. The 0.19 pin seems the way to go.

Last year i bought a new bow and got all new stuff on it. For the last couple years i had always used fixed pins but all my buddies use the hha and what not so i figured i give it a try. I got the 5519 and the sight is great, bright as heck. It works get for target shoots and all that but i just didnt care to use it while hunting. Ill admit i get a little carried away because i felt like i always had to have it at the perfect yardage for deer instead of just aiming high low like every1 one does and i just didnt like that. I prefer to have all my pins there ready to rock, so half way through the season i switched back to my fixed pins because the sight just wasnt for me. so it sits by all my other bowhunting stuff in its package. So if your interested in it i would give ya a heck of a deal on it and i got the reostatable light for it too. So shoot me a PM on here and we can talk if your interested.

HAHA you have the same set up as I do. Z7 with a QAD drop away rest, BUT instead of getting a HHA I ordered a montana Black gold glider. HHA does not even compare to the montana BlackGold. If yuor going with a slider, then check out the montana. Best bow sights in the world!
