Can anybody recommend a good rechargeable spotlight. Looking for something that is very bright, with good battery life. Tired of buying junk that doesn't last.

I'm sure others will chime in, and my recommendation for your consideration may not be exactly what you're a asking about...but...

I favor a versatile and multiuse tool like a very bright headlamp. Black diamond has a few over 300 lumens. Though not necessarily rechargeable, you can use rechargeable batteries. Light, multipurpose and the 2017 models will be on sale soon, if three aren't already.

I have a Cyclops rechargeable spotlight I got for Christmas last year and havent had to charge it yet. Granted it hasn't been used for hours at a time but it gets used fairly frequently and still going strong. I also have the varmint light from Cyclops and am happy with how it performs as well.

Look at a nitecore mh 25 it is not a spotlight but very bright like 800 or 900 lumen .they use your phone charger and you can use regular batteries if you want and not big at all.

I have the Streamlite Waypoint. It's incredibly bright. It runs off regular batteries so there's no need to charge it. I use it for tracking blood trails and during duck season navigating on coastal waters. Its very bright and lasts much longer than most lights.
