i picked up this call from meijer when it was on sale for 2 buck, it looks like an acorn and i guess you can use it to calm and relax deer and make them want to feed, i was wondering if any one else uses it and if it has worked, also whats the best way you have found out to use it, to not scar the deer, i am always worried about making noise even with a grunt call
i would think it would scare deer. I think i would be too nervous to try one in anything other than a controlled setting.
