I have a 25" draw length and shoot 17 pounds. So, I use the low KE model. They fly great! I have shot a LOT of deer with them. Some day I hope to even recover one of them!

I smoked a deer with a rage. it was a great shot it was kind of far back by his back leg but I am sure it was good enough to put it down. We had good blood but then it stopped. Still not sure what happened. I think another hunter came and took the deer before we could get to him.

Yea but, do they fly exactly like field points?? If not, I won't use them.

Better. Like a heat seeking missile. Well, when the blades aren't popped open.

I just wish they didn't cost so darn much because they only last one shot.

I shoot them out of my 35pound Howard hall long bow and they work great. Can't wait for the single bevel version to come out!

I hear they are the perfect head for frontal shots on elk and elephants.

Of course I've heard of them! They work so well you don't even have to shoot them from a bow...we started loading them inside of shotgun shells and found they will literally decapitate a deer out to and including 227 yards...but only from an elevated position of at least 26'. During archery season I shoot them from my bow that shoots 390fps at 45# draw and a 22.5" draw length...I shot a public land B&C buck with it one day and Rage left a blood trail that Ray Charles could follow..after about 200 yards the blood just stopped...we decided to back off and give him a few more hours to expire...but I'm pretty sure the coyotes got him...we found the head but the antlers where cut off...stupid poachers!

I love when the blades shear off...Its like shrapnel from a grenade going though the animal.
