I hunt in the Raleigh area and there are some big deer in NC. I have killed a couple and have friends that have killed some big ones too.

Here is one I got on my DLC Covert Trailcam at the end of last year. He will be my MAIN focus in 2013.

I am going to do my best. I video all my hunts now and if things work out, I hope to get it on video.

Thanks man. Glad to be back. Had some things going on for a while that knocked me off course, but I am back to normal now. Have you been by any Pro Shops lately?

I bought some more FMJ Lost Camo arrows and had Red and White Vanes put on them. I also had Red Nockturnals added as well. They look awesome. The Nockturnals are Awesome. I won't hunt without them. I didn't have to re-tune my bow at all when I started using them. I am going to try the new Rage Chisel Tip Extreme Broadheads this year. I will be reviewing them soon.

Used those head this past season. Worked awesome. Blood trail I had no issues following. Blood sprayed everywhere. Deer piles up 30yd from shot. Blades looked like they hadn't been shot at all.

I saw on youtube where a lot of people were taking the Chisel Tip and adding the Extreme blades to them. This prompted Rage to make the change. When you added the Extreme blades to your Chisel Tips, did you notice any difference in the arrow flight?

Look in the north eastern part of the state for trophy deer.My cousin lives there and you should see his trail cam pics.

I hunt near Charlotte and also mooresville. Not very big weight wise but I'd say a good average would be around 160lbs with 12 inch spread rack. Have seen a few big boys near the rut.
Would love to get a few bow hunters together that are nearby to find land to lease and do some deer management. I know it's sounds crazy but if enough of us get together on this we may get something.

Raleigh, NC. Hunt northern Johnston County. Bucks around here have average genes and plenty of food, if they live long enough they can produce 130s+.
