Who's your driver? Who's gonna win the Chase? Anyone see Tony Stewart's catastrophe at the dirt track?

Driver: Dale Jr. Win the Chase: Hopefully Dale Jr.

Tony Stewart really got into it. The 20 year old kid died but the local sheriff's office isn't investigating criminally. I'm praying for all the families of the involved people.

Jamie Mac here. The Stewart situation is a sad one. I have never seen a reason as to why NASCAR drivers race dirt tracks. I get that they love to race but get some other NASCAR guys together and race each other.

I don't follow along too regularly. However, Brad Keselowski and Kasey Kahne is who I usually root for.

From being involved in dirt track - racing is a completely different feeling. Once you get racing in your blood - you go out and enjoy it in different ways. Dirt and pavement are two complete opposites. I see absolutely nothing wrong with racing Nascar and dirt track. Heck, a few Nascar drivers own great dirt tracks.

As for the whole racing tradgedy on Saturday, I feel terrible. I've watched you tube videos of it and knowing what the rules are for a driver, both were in the wrong. I am not pointing fingers - but it's a sad, sad situation all the way around.

I race weekly in the INEX Legends division on a NASCAR santioned short track here in ny state. Used to race dirt but much prefer asphalt now days. Love nascar, especially now that the COT has been greatly improved and the racing has gotten MUCH better compared to the last 5 years.

Agreed racing is in their blood and it's just what they do. Tony has proven himself as a dirt track racer. He owns teams and has probably forgotten more about dirt track racing than most of the drivers in the race already know. Tony's experience in the sport has nothing to do with the accident IMO. It comes down to both of them making poor decisions. Kevin Ward Jr. getting out of his car and Tony probably trying to spook him a little.

I doubt criminal charges will be filed but a civil lawsuit will most likely come and Tony will likely loose. Civil court doesn't require proving intent, but more so negligence. He didn't intend to hit him, but could Tony have done something different to avoid hitting him? I believe so.

Prayers to Kevin Ward Jr., his family and Tony as well. They all have a lot to cope with going forward.
