New to the forum and was wanting to know and meet other trad guys in Missouri. I actually shoot both modern and traditional gear but I go out of my way to meet new trad guys.
I'm not from Missouri but welcome aboard Jobow!! Always great seeing another traditional hunter on this forum as there Isn't many of us.
Welcome to the site! (don't I know you?) I'm not in Mo either but I wish I were. :D Don't shoot my trad bows much anymore. I did go to MoJam one summer, that was neat. Where I hunt now, they're cutting down osage left and right. They chip the smaller stuff and cut the rest up for firewood. I asked about taking a log for staves and they said it was okay. Haven't grabbed one because I don't need another project, but I'm tempted.
Yeah I'm from Missouri. I haven't got to hunt too much with traditional equipment. Still intimidates me a little too much. I shoot a longbow for fun and plan on hitting the woods with it this year. Any tips?
