So I was over at a friend's house who uses kodi, which is billed as open-source home theater software. Apparently, its popularity is on the rise as a way to cut cable or satellite costs. I'm intrigued -- no, I'm very interested -- in this product as a solution to our rising monthly t.v. charges. I'm rarely home to watch anything live anyway, so perusing through a list of things that have already played minus the commercials sounds pretty appealing -- especially minus the huge DirecTV bill landing in our mailbox every month. Anyone use it, and have any feedback?
