I have a 2011 G5 hammer quest 70#draw weight, 29 inch draw length, shooting beman 340 arrows, 100 grain 3 blade muzzy broadheads, whisker biscuit rest. I just had the bow restrung about a month ago and had been dead on for me up until then. Once I had the new string put on I went to the range and it was shooting high right and I mean about 2 feet high a foot right the bow shop laser tuned the bow and I was back in the right area. I now have one arrow that hits perfect at every yardage (I know its the same one I have the fletchings marked) and one that hits low and right, another that is low and left. Now I thought it was just me being inconsistent at first however after marking the fletchings and shooting 60 times 60 out of 60 the arrows were all hitting their same spots on my target. At 10 yards there is very little difference, at 20 one dead center one 2 inches low an inch left the other 2 inches low an inch right, at 30 one dead center one 4 inches low 2 inches right, one 4 inches low 2 inches left. this pattern continues out to 50 yards where they are even further apart. I have never come across this issue before I have been shooting with my broad heads and I am not sure if that could be part o my issue as at every yardage my field points are consistently higher than my broad heads. but they do group accurately at all yardages just high.
any thoughts or suggestions I am all ears.

sounds like it has to be the broadheads planing ?

I think the loop is in the wrong spot. My son's bow went through this take it to a bow shop or buy a bow square and remount your loop. I would take it back to the shop who installed the string. Make them make it shoot straight that should be part if the price. If it is dual cam bow one of the cams could be going to full rotation and the other is still turning. Take if so take to a shop that deals with that brand. The string needs to come off and one end needs more turns. Yours is a single cam so disregard the cam stuff.

thanks for the responses I am going to the shop tomorrow to see what I can get figured out. With season less than a week away here I sure hope I can get it dialed in and get a few days of good solid shooting in.

Have you tried arrows other than those 3? If one hits on and two hit totally different spots it sure sounds like something is funky with those two arrows. Maybe the insert isn't square, have you spun the arrows to check for a wobble?

I went and replaced my whisker biscuit with a QAD drop away and had the bow laser tuned again bought new arrows too. I had been wanting a new rest anyway. Shot yesterday and no more problems everything is back to normal.

Yeah it was probably that the broadheads weren't sitting square. You have to spin test the broadheads to make sure they sit square in the insert. That little wobble can throw off arrow flight quite quickly.
