I have an opinion but I’m no expert by any means, would like help with age and possibly score if you have a guess. First two are same deer and thanks for any help.
I would say 3, maybe a little older but not much. No sway back, belly is straight with no swag, nose isn't curved and his neck is thin. Young deer with GREAT potential. But like you, no expert! Goodluck brother! Sent from my SM-G892A using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
That first picture is a better picture of you and your cell phone than of the deer. Egads man... get it together. Lol. Seriously it looks like a great deer but I don’t think he’s very old. I’d guess him at 4 yrs old. That would probably put him on my radar screen but to be honest we need way better pics than this to help judge him.
My guess was 3 also on the bottom deer thanks for the replies and ya my bad on the pictures. I ordered a card reader just hasn’t came in. I was out checking cameras and hanging stands today. I have one other day light picture of the top deer but it’s of a computer screen also. This is not the 8pt I think is a 3yr old, and he was still growing this was from 6-8 weeks back.
Somewhere between 3 or 4 but I'm not great at guessing age. I wouldn't let him walk by my blind without taking a shot but I don't have any guarantees a buck will be back the next day let alone the next season where I hunt. And I'd be happy to have his on my wall and meat in the freezer. On the note of pictures.... If you have an iPhone, go get the Apple SD card reader. Downloads all you pictures right to your phone. Then you can either use Tapatalk to post pics directly from your phone or download them to you computer when you get home. The picture of the picture thing makes it hard to really see clear. Good luck deciding to shoot or let him walk. Tough choice!
Trust me my dad and kid feel the same way, this is a new property to us late last year so trying to let everything get to atleast 4.5 I think he is only 3.5
Pictures of computer screens are fine if any care whatsoever is taken. Almost every picture I post is a picture of a computer screen and the quality is fine. You just have to try a little bit and use some common sense.
