I have none, I'm wondering how much do deer or other animals for that matter spook when they see that ground blind that wasnt there yesterday?

    blind.

Well they are naturally curious by nature, that is thier home & yes if that blind wasnt there yesterday I am sure they will notice it, if possible its always good to brush them in some, tie some limbs with leaves or small pine limbs work good, if around lots of cedar trees those limbs are about the best. Lots of people are using blinds now, I hunt 90% of the time in a tree stand, but I do have & use blinds, both a full size blind & a chair blind- I prefer the chair blind because it is more compact & you have your chair with it, these are really nice. I will be spending several hunting days in mine. Even using either kind of blind you still need to do your scouting & have your spots pre- picked out so you will know exactly where you are going to set up your blind, & also if possible you can pick out a spot where you can kind a back up the blind to the edge of some thick cover, just depends on where you are hunting. Good luck.

I'm taking my wife to try and get her first deer. I only have public land to hunt so I cant leave it up over night. Thats why I was asking about them seeing it for the first time. I do have a few places picked to put it up at though.

I have a relative that has never sat in a tree stand, and he hits for at least one nice buck a year. It's all about where you put your blind. If you spend some time researching and scouting, you can find some nice hidden corners to sit in. Personally I love heights.
