Long shot on a hunting forum but wondering if there are any GA pilots flying Experimentals on here. Better yet any RV, Thorp, or Mustang II owners?

I would like to speak with someone who owns or fly thats not trying to sell me one to get real world information about building or flying them. But if you do know someone trying to sell let me know also.

Been trying to purchase one of the three types for over a year now but keep missing the deals within my budget. I'm Learning you got to know the right people before the plane hits the open market. Soooo if you have one or know of someone thinking of selling shot me a PM.

I never got that far as in flying the real planes, but I got big into Nitro powered RC planes a while back. Both building and flying! My biggest had a 6' wing span and my fastest went over 100 mph. I love aviation! good luck!

One of my friends has a Piper Navajo and another has a small Cessna. I will ask them if they know of any around our area. Good luck, I have always enjoyed flying small planes but have never had my own. I once flew my father-in-laws Piper Archer II from Harlingen, TX back to Iowa with one bumpy landing in Oklahoma for fuel. lol.
