I am in both the normal contest and the battle of the states. I'm up in huntsville but our club hunts jackson, winston, Marion counties.

well dang we will have to get together and shoot sometime. I mostly shoot at my house now but we just bought a house in meridianville and my backyard is a little smaller. when were those pics taken? still got some good growing to do. our club has like 7 properties and i only have cameras out at one of them so far. fixing to pull one and move it to another property and i still need to get a camera up at another property. here's an old 6 pt I got at the top of my list. nothing special but he has a lot of mass and is at least a 5 year old.

These pictures were taken in the beginning of July. The second picture I believe is this guy from last February. He's already wider. And we can shoot anytime it works out.I'm in owens crossroads.[IMG]

Whats up guys? I'm live in Florence myself. Hunt mostly on WMA in Lauderdale. Looking forward to getting to an invite to hunt in Lamar county this year. I put in for the contest but didnt get picked. Oh well, ill still support em all. Takes some pressure off now in a way i guess. Lol. Glad to see a few more members here in this great state.

KY native... Bama transplant. I hunt every winter about 20 miles east of Montgomery... Not sure what county that falls in.

I'm down in lower Alabama at Ft Rucker, where the rats are bigger than the deer LOL. I'll just be hunting WMAs since I move in November to Texas, planning on Geneva State Forest since I've been there past few seasons and know a few decent areas. May venture up to Barbour Co WMA for a weekend hunt if I have the time.

Got to get me some of that Monster Raxx out then. Got a mineral lick out but not getting the results you guys are getting. Could just be the age or gene's also though.

The only place I have been able to find it is online as well! Plan on making one big order so I don't have to keep re ordering and re paying shipping!
