Are you asking if anyone uses a conversion kit? I have many friends who would only recommend a complete 22 upper. You can really clog up your gas tube and turn out with a very dirty upper. I just shoot my 5.56 cause when I shoot 22 I shoot like thousands of rounds and get one crazy dirty weapon. If you just plan on using it once in a while then its fine but if you plan on doing lots of shooting with it just buy a complete 22 upper
