I know it may be a little early, but anyone have bucks that have dropped their antlers yet? Nothing here in NE Wisconsin yet and we have 8-10 bucks on cam in the last week or two.

We have at least four bucks who will be 4.5 or older if they make it through so I’m excited to find some sheds. Unfortunately, a couple of the bigger bucks are scrappers and have 2-3 tines busted off, but still want to match up some sheds to a kill next year!

As always, can't wait for shed season. I'll likely start wandering around next weekend or for sure the following.

Here in Indiana I usually wait until February depending on the trail camera pictures. The first shed I found last year was February 6th. Then 2 weeks later most of the bucks have dropped and found 6 or 7 on February 27th. Usually Valentines week I start hitting it hard and putting on the miles. Can't wait to get out and start finding some bone! lol

I LOVE shed hunting! Here in Colorado I’d imagine we’ll start seeing them drop in a month or so. Eyes peeled on the trail cams…

Already dropping here in Iowa. I've seen a couple young bucks completely shed and a couple others with just one side on my cameras.

    Unless you’re in Utah!

As Ronald Reagan once said, the nine most terrifying words in the English language are “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”

Still no snow here so that makes it a little tougher shed hunting as they don't group up. Planning to maybe go look over a lunch hour sometime this week for the first walk of the year.

4.6 miles yesterday and no luck. Walked a new piece of public that has a ton of potential.

Nothing in Wisconsin yet. Have a giant shedded, but sadly had 10" of snow come down day after he shed both sides. Going to be a tough search, but looking at probably a 180 inch frame buck so worth it!

The second to last day of season my buddy ran into an old man in the woods that was carrying a huge 4pt side. Had blood on the base. Looks like another early drop year like last year. Year before last they carried super late. In my neck of the woods at least

I don't have any cameras out so I'm not sure on drop here but out of about 40 deer I saw in the last couple days driving around, none had antlers. Still a couple weeks early yet I'm guessing but I always find some around MLK Day.

I have a few bucks im really hoping made it and will drop where i can get to them. Great way to kick off getting back in shape. I think year before last i logged almost 50 miles. Last year was only 18. I should have some time after work this spring to hit some places on my way home.

All the big deer I have seen on cam still holding in KS. Seen some younger half racks but to early to start looking. I typically wait until late Feb.

You been gone awhile huh?

Start at the beginning(or skip to page 6, but you'll miss out)..... kind of a dead topic but his ego keeps himself thinking he is relevant or people are going to fawn over his hunts. He has a history from the east coast to the midwest....

Only a couple of the bucks I've got coming in have shed. Most will be shed by Valentine's Day. Weather permitting, I'll start looking around that time.
