Does anyone know of a website that sells good quality antler mounting kits? By good quality, i mean solid wood such as oak, cherry, walnut etc. All the ones that i have been finding either are laminate wood and if they are solid wood the skull cap cover looks cheap.

These are the antlers from this years buck that i would like to mount.

Personally I like to make my own. I will go hunt up a cool old piece of barn wood or rough cut lumber. Sometimes I leave it virgin other times I might take a router or saw to it. Couple quick coats of poly and shazamm. Plus no one else will have one like it!! See my european mounts under the bow bucks of last 10 years thread.

^^^^ I agree with tacklebox. I went to a local guy who runs a small saw mill and got a small piece of local Black Walnut that was scrap to him. It was free. I then just stained the skull part to a darker color so it didn't have that blaring white look.
