Cool! Ever thought of doing just jig heads? 99% of my fishing is on the ice.

I do agriculture research for the University of Minnesota for my day job. I also farm (corn, soybeans) and have a black Angus cow/calf herd with my dad.

I'm a high school technology education instructor. I teach graphic design, photography, video, and web design.

We just started back Monday (inservice), so I've been really busy (reason for my lack of posting). I should be back into a routine soon :)

Ive worked as an extra on a few movies. The Alamo. The latest one. Worked on stop-loss and a local film Garisson. Had a speaking part in that one. This year I got back into it and I recently worked on an AMC western series that comes out later this year and also worked on two other tv pilot shows. The pilot "The Bar" if it gets picked up then I will have a recurring role in that on. Hopefully. So not famous and no plans of it. Lol.

Sorry, not really interested in building ice fishing jigs. I've got just about all that I can keep up with now!

Any of you guys bird hunt?

I'm really into waterfowl and our early goose opener is next Saturday, the 3rd.

I always struggle to decide which one to do. I field hunt geese mainly and it takes a lot of time scouting so I usually end up bow hunting more than goose just because of the amount of time it takes to goose hunt.

I'm hoping to dig an acre or so, 1-2' deep pond in our pasture in the next one to two years which will help my goose hunting out immensely so I don't have to scout so much or travel so far to do it.

I do some water foul. All duck. Never hunted geese. Don't get to go very much mainly of the need of places to go. Other than that I'll dove hunt for a few weeks here in sept.

Like Short69 said, we have about 40 acres of private land we have access to. I work at a steel processing warehouse.

Just thought that I'd make sure my team-mates know that they can see some good footage of my #1 on today's episode of Bowhunt or Die ( season 7 - episode 10) I sure hope the we get to score him to our Talley this year !!

I kinda like the last one(but, I don't hate the first one)
I also thought of "1st Strike" because of being team #1
"Antler Apostles" being as there is 12 of us
    or just "#1"
