No leveling system, that was the selling point for me on the LW, it's WELL worth the extra coin in my book! Find a tree thats slightly leaning back and I'll sit in it for hours at a time!

Hey guys, good info here. Though I use a Lone Wolf Assault with LW sticks AND sometimes my Lone Wolf Sitnclimb for mobility, I just ordered one of the Loggy Predator Pro Staff stands.....can't beat it for the money.

It's the gears and haveing two steps

They do not "lock" down tight enough. When you step on one side those metal gears rub together. Just stick to the middle and it's fine.

I am a little late to this party but I use LW sticks(4) and a LW Alpha for 95% of my hunts. I haven't seen anything on the market yet that has caused me to consider changing.

I have a climber (LW hand) I have used once. It just doesn't seem as easy as my sticks and stand but that is probably because I haven't practiced/used it much. I am reluctant to take it hunting because I may not be able to get up the tree I want to use.

I put up and take down my sticks/stand every hunt.

Some of my spots are 1+ miles back. No problem with the weight yet.

Exactly what I use. Also I just came from the LW website they are out of stock for season on the Alpha stands. Crazy I wonder if they do this to increase demand.

It's interesting the differences of opinions on this ... no one could argue the versatility of a hang on with sticks ... Lone wolf Alpha for sure and I am leaning toward the muddy sticks ....5 of them
