i ran into an issue as well this weekend. I've got a ground blind nestled into 3 cedar tree's perfect cover (IMO). I've got it brushed in as well. Saturday i get out an hour before daylight and spray some dominant buck pee close to the pond that my gb overlooks and a couple tall weeds at 20 and 30 yards. I also spray about 3 yards from the GB before i get in the side as a cover scent.

I get in the GB, get setup and only open the window that overlooks the pond/20/30. about 10 minutes before shooting time i decide it woudl be a smart idea to open up the window on the side where i sprayed at 3 yards. i give it a nice and easy tug and realize the zipper is caught so i give it a bit firmer tug which moves the GB.

Then I hear the heaviest feet I've heard in the woods run 20 yards, turn, pause (maybe 10 seconds) blow and run off.

That SOB was on my pee at 3 yards next to my GB. Will i be okay going back to that spot on Saturday to try again. This deer seriously sounded like big foot but i never actually saw him. i threw a snort wheeze after he blew but he never came back to investigate.

I want to know if I should expect him to come back or not...

i would have to say no because if you scared him by moving the ground blind and he sees it in there again he will become skiddish and not come in. but thats just my opinion
