Sorry I missed this thread earlier...Prayers on the way for continuing recovery. I do have an appointment on Monday myself for similar symptoms(chronic aches, reoccurring/frequent headaches, no energy/restless sleep, and running a fever every other day it seems), and getting some bloodwork set up to check for Lyme disease etc.
Hoping that all the tests come back good....thoughts and prayers sent for the both of you. Hang in there.
Well, after the apt today, we know it's for sure a virus, but not sure what it's from. It's not any of the usual contenders, and other than for curiosity's sake, there's no need to delve into it since she's getting better. So, I guess it will remain a mystery. She still has no stamina and needs to rest most of the time. She's been sleeping better, but it's going to be a long time until she feels normal. Most likely 6 weeks. She's not too happy about that, but we're glad she's better. Thanks you all so much for the thoughts & prayers! It's nice to know there's support out there, even if it's from all you creepy internet folks She doesn't have to go back for more bloodwork for another month, and that's only to insure that her levels are still good. So... if you don't hear more from me on this, I'll be a happy camper!
